Hello, my name is Dr. Tom J. Caldwell.

I graduated in 1974 with a degree in Microbiology and received my D. V. M. degree from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978.

After working in New Mexico and Kansas at a small animal hospital and an emergency clinic, my wife and I moved to Tempe, Arizona in 1984.

I have owned three different veterinary clinics in the Phoenix metro area and in 1996 I started Home Care Veterinary Services.

This is a mobile practice limited to dogs and cats.
